Serves as the basis for land use and zoning regulations
Per Indiana law, must include at minimum:
Statement of objectives for future development
Statement of policy for land use development
Statement of policy for the development of public ways, public lands, and public utilities

During the Comprehensive Planning process, we will aim to establish consensus on community priorities while also addressing specific needs. There have been various public engagement opportunities, including an online survey, a public workshop, and an open house.
